Administrative Information Systems and Technology Services provide technical support, project consulting, and data collecting and reporting for the staff of Kalamazoo Public Schools.
Transcripts and Records Requests
The AIS department can provide unofficial copies of student transcripts and records. Students need to request these in person and need to provide a photo I.D.
Official transcripts for college applicants are provided by the high school counseling offices. An official transcript for college applications has to have a KPS authorizing signature and an official seal, and it has to be sent directly by the school to the college's Office of Admissions.
GED transcripts are provided by the State of Michigan. Fill out the attached form and mail it to the address on the form.
