Transcripts and Records Requests

  Student Services can provide unofficial copies of student transcripts and records. Students need to request these in person and need to provide a photo I.D.   Official transcripts for college applicants are provided by the high school counseling offices. An official transcript for college applications has to have a KPS authorizing signature and an official seal, and it has to be sent directly by the school to the college's Office of Admissions.   GED transcripts are provided by the State of Michigan. Fill out this form and mail it to the address provided on the form.
