KPS Board to Interview Three Search Firms
Board Moves Forward with Superintendent Search Process
The Kalamazoo Public Schools Board of Education received four applications in response to its RFP for firms to help conduct its search for a new superintendent.
At its July 25 meeting, the board announced it will be inviting three of the four firms that submitted proposals to come to Kalamazoo to make public presentations on their firms and their search processes.
The firms are:
Michigan Association of School Boards
Hazard, Young, Attea, & Associates
Ray and Associates
The public presentations are tentatively scheduled to begin at 6:15 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 13, pending scheduling confirmation by the firms. The presentations will be held in the Board Room of the KPS Administration Building, 1220 Howard St.
The presentations will be open to the public.
